RETURN POLICY
All returns of stocked items must be within 15 days with return authorization. Some special orders are not returnable! There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee.
Absolutely no returns will be credited without an authorized return number issued (R.A.#).

What is the procedure for International Orders?
We are unable to process most international orders due to costly tarrifs assessed on imported packages, by most countries outside the United States. In an effort to keep our prices low, our shipping charges do not meet the requirements to cover the expense of documentation, insurance, and packaging on international shipments. The shopping cart is not equipped to calculate shipping charges outside of the continental U.S.
