Return Policy

  • All returns require an authorized return number (RA #) issued by Best Buy Uniforms & Promos. Please request an RA number online or call our customer service at 1-800-345-1924 to request one.
  • All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • All Returns must include the original packaging and tagging (bags and labels, etc.) in RESALABLE condition. We will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use or wear, including but not limited to: Alterations, Laundering, Odors (including smoke), Pet hair, Stains or other markings. 
    If your return items show signs or use or wear, you will be notified, the item will NOT be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee. The RA Number is only valid for 30 days
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders.
  • All custom, embroidered, screen printed, altered or washed items, table linens and skirting, non-stocked (Factory Direct) garments, and promotional products are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
  • Most “Special Order” items are not returnable.
